Positive: The breathtaking views. The spacious apartment. The available parking.
Negative: No cleaning services are provided given that it’s a 5 star accommodation, and you have to pay extra if you want it. It is a serviced apartment and not a hotel apartment. Also, I never saw anyone from the guest services and they never answered my inquiries on WhatsApp. This should be changed on booking, as it is misleading as a hotel apartment which it is clearly not. Also, the AC is not installed in the master bedroom and we ended up sleeping in the living room!
Summary: Best views with not so great services!

Negative: Not much for a family to comfortably sit on future wise. The listing says spa and well-being centre but the staff dismissed our enquiry quickly saying this didn’t refer to the property but to the town itself having a spa. 3km away. Disappointing. Check in was complex and despite checking in online using the proper forms I still had to resend everything via what’s app.
Summary: A perfectly functional accommodation but pricey.
